1a. I can explain how much job satisfaction actually does relate to career success.
1b. Explaining more in depth what job satisfaction and career success is.
1c. Job satisfaction is a big part of career success, but not the most important.  Job satisfaction is being content with your job. Career success is actually getting somewhere with your job and full career.

3b. Job satisfaction may be an important role in career success, but it is not the most import factor in my opinion.  Being happy with your job and being successful at the same time is rare; so like I previously stated you can have one extreme or the other, but receiving both in your life time is a hard task and it will take a lot of searching.

Even though this task is hard to acquire it is not impossible. With hard work you can enjoy your job and be very successful.
